The fee schedule that appears below reflects the fees in effect as of January 1, 2007.
Institutions that have accredited programs in audiology and speech-language pathology with different accreditation cycles (e.g., 8-years and 5-years) will be charged the annual fee for the shorter cycle, effective January 1, 2007.
Invoices for annual fees are sent to CAA-accredited and candidate programs in November-December. Invoices for initial accreditation site visits only are sent after the visit has been conducted. Application and substantive change plan fees should be submitted with those documents.
The charge for the site visit fee as part of a re-accreditation review is added to the base annual accreditation fee and prorated over 5 or 8 years, depending on a program's accreditation cycle. This policy has been in place for several years in response to programs' wishes to distribute the costs evenly over the accreditation period, rather than have additional site visit charges in the year of an accreditation review.
