Help Support Children’s Literacy in Chicago – Because We Care

Your donations of new or gently used books will help hundreds of underserved or at-risk children of all ages. Join ASHA’s Because We Care program as we thank Chicago for hosting the 2008 Convention by extending a helping hand to the Chicago International Charter School and the Carole Robertson Center for Learning Programs.

Become a Student Volunteer

Would you like to volunteer and receive a complimentary registration for ASHA in Chicago? We need student volunteers to help monitor educational programs, assist presenters, answer questions, check badges, confirm audiovisual and room sets, or assist with special events.

Open House Reservation Request

This year's Open Houses will be held at the Hilton, Chicago. The Hilton has worked with ASHA to develop several reasonably priced food and beverage packages [PDF]. You can also work with the hotel to create your own customized food and beverage menu.

Presenters – Earn ASHA CEUs for your Session

As a presenter of a short course, seminar, instructional course, keynote, or technical session you may claim your own session and earn credit equal to the duration of the session. Poster session presenters may only earn the equivalent of 15 minutes of credit.
