How to Use My Planner

How to Create a Personalized Schedule for Convention

  • Login to "My Planner" using your e-mail address.
  • Click "View the Conference Program."
  • Search the Online Program by Session Title, Speaker Last Name, Topic Area, or even Session Type (1-Hour Seminar, 2-Hour Seminar, Short Course, Poster Session, Technical Session, Exhibitor Presentation, etc.). A brief description of each session type is available.
  • If you see a session you would like to attend, click the box with the green 'plus' sign on the far right, and the session will be added to your "My Planner." To remove a session click the red box with the 'minus' sign.
  • When you have finished, click the print button. A pop-up will appear with the sessions you have chosen, along with their day, time and location. You can even click 'Show Event Details' to view the authors and abstract!
  • Print this, and bring it with you to Convention!
