O.A.R. Delivers a Safe Listening Message
Marc Roberge and Benj Gershman, of the rock group O.A.R., have collaborated with ASHA to develop audio and video public service announcements. Targeted to teenagers, young adults and the next generation of O.A.R. fans, their safe listening message will shared nationally later this year.

A Tattoo Session Gone Bad Uses Humor to Convey a Serious Message
In early 2007, the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) produced and disseminated nationwide television and radio public service announcements (PSAs) about the importance of safeguarding one's hearing when listening to the technology.
Set in a fictionalized tattoo parlor, fifteen and thirty second TV spots depict humorous unintended consequences from listening to an MP3 player at high volume.
