Participants who attend both the ASHA Workshop and the CSAP Conference will need to register for each meeting separately. To register for the CSAP Conference, please contact CSAP at 412-366-1177, or visit the CSAP Web site for CSAP's registration form.
ASHA and CSAP have reserved a block of rooms at the Hyatt Regency Hotel at a special discount rate of $175/single/double or $200/triple room, plus tax. Be sure to mention ASHA/CSAP to receive the special group rate.
To ensure a room at the conference rate, please make your hotel reservation as soon as possible. Rooms are available until April 15, 2009 or until our block runs out, so act fast!
