Registration

Registration includes a conference notebook, a special 25 year commemorative gift, lunch, two continental breakfasts, and a special 25 year afternoon celebration.

  • $195 early bird fee, ASHA members (until May 1, 2009)
  • $220 standard fee, ASHA members (May 2, 2009 or later)
  • $245 for nonmembers (regardless of time of registration)

Participants who attend both the ASHA Workshop and the CSAP Conference will need to register for each meeting separately. To register for the CSAP Conference, please contact CSAP at 412-366-1177, or visit the CSAP Web site for CSAP's registration form.

Hotel Information

ASHA and CSAP have reserved a block of rooms at the Hyatt Regency Hotel at a special discount rate of $175/single/double or $200/triple room, plus tax. Be sure to mention ASHA/CSAP to receive the special group rate.

To ensure a room at the conference rate, please make your hotel reservation as soon as possible. Rooms are available until April 15, 2009 or until our block runs out, so act fast! If you are attending the ASHA Workshop and the CSAP Conference, you need make only one reservation. For reservations call 317-632-1234.
