How Do I Pay the ASHA CE Registry Fee?

Pay the ASHA CE Registry fee in one of three ways:

1. By Phone. Call 800-498-2071 and pay using your Visa or MasterCard.
2. By Mail. Complete the ASHA CE Registry application and mail along with the fee ($24 member/$34 non-member, $25 member/$35 non-member for payments received after 12/31/2009) to the ASHA CE Registry.
3. With Annual Dues. Submit the CE Registry fee with payment of your annual ASHA membership dues. You will find ASHA CE Registry fee information in the box marked "Voluntary Programs." When paying with your annual dues, you are paying for the upcoming year's annual CE Registry fee.
