School Age Stuttering Therapy: A Framework that Works
In this program, we’ll outline a basic framework of school age stuttering therapy. Discussions include moving from assessment to therapy plans, parent/teacher/child education issues, and overall aspects of intervention. We’ll provide an overview of strategies and resources for speech-motor intervention that deals with cognitive and affective issues, and ways to help children become effective communicators in a variety of speaking environments.
