Online Exhibitor Registration and Housing is Open
Our online registration and housing is up and running. To book your hotel rooms by phone please call Experient at 866-229-3691 or 301-694-5243. For assistance with group reservations please e-mail ashaexh@experient-inc.com. Experient is the only official housing provider of the ASHA Convention.
The new online registration and housing will allow you to:
- Register your company representatives
- Make changes up until you arrive onsite (no cut-off date)
- Purchase short course, lunch, and closing party tickets
- Purchase additional badges above your allotment
- Purchase Exhibit Hall-only badges
- Receive a detailed confirmation letter for each registrant

Deadlines
- Don't wait! Register for exhibit space by September 11 to be promoted in the onsite Exhibits & Program Sessions Guide.
- Reserve your advertising space in the Exhibits & Program Session guide by September 26.
- Exhibitors fax in your Complimentary Registrants List [PDF] by October 9.
Function Room Space
The deadline to submit function space has passed. Space will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. Notifications about location and room assignments and information about arranging food and beverage for functions will be e-mailed to applicants in September. If you have questions regarding function space, please e-mail convention@asha.org.
