H1N1 Virus and ASHA Convention
ASHA has been actively monitoring information on flu viruses and will provide regular updates. The safety of all those who come together for the Convention will be the guide for any necessary actions, and there are no plans at this time to change the schedule.

We need student volunteers to help monitor educational programs, assist presenters, answer questions, check badges, confirm audiovisual and room sets, or assist with special events.

Function Room Space
The deadline to submit a request for function room space was July 30, 2009. If you have questions regarding function space or would like to inquire about room availability, please e-mail convention@asha.org. Space will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. Notifications about location and room assignments and information about arranging food and beverage for functions will be e-mailed to applicants in September.
Open Houses
Open Houses will take place on Friday, November 20 from 7:30 p.m.–9:30 pm. The deadline to reserve space for your Open House was July 31, 2009. If you have questions about Open Houses or would like to inquire about space availability, please e-mail convention@asha.org.
