Airline Discounts

• Up to 15% off applicable classes of service for tickets purchased more than 30 days prior to the meeting. Restrictions apply and not all classes of service apply for the 15% discount (United Airlines).
• 5% off applicable classes of service for tickets purchased prior to the meeting (American Airlines).
• ATC will also search for the lowest available fare on any airline.

Online Travel Center

Direct access to ATC online booking tools and live agents for discounted travel. New users should click on "Create a New Account" to search for discounted airfares.

The online reservation fee is $10.  The e-mail, fax, or call-in reservation fee is $35. The above discounts apply for travel 11/16/2009 to 11/24/09 (MSY) United Airlines.

ATC agents are available for reservations from 8:30 a.m.–8:00 p.m. (EST), Monday through Friday.
