Cancellations & Refunds
If you need to cancel your registration, you must return all documents (including your badge, tickets, etc.) postmarked no later than November 19, 2009 to:

All cancellations and refunds will be processed by either charge or check depending on how you registered. You should receive your check refund within six weeks after Convention. Credit cards will be refunded within two weeks of receipt of badge and written notice. Please note: a $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. Special event tickets are nonrefundable.
If you have not received your badge, you may e-mail a written notice of cancellation to registration@asha.org or fax it to 301-296-8576.
