ASHA conducts the Audiology Survey to gather information about issues related to the audiology profession. Results from this survey are presented in the following series of reports.

This report presents data on the annual salaries and hourly wages of audiologists employed in private practice. Salaries for both owners and employees are presented.   

2008 Survey Methodology, Respondent Demographics, and Glossary [PDF]
This report presents information on survey methodology (e.g., sample design, weighting, and response rate), descriptions of respondents (e.g., their employment facility and function, level of academic degree, and years of experience), and a glossary of terms used in the survey reports (e.g., random sample, response rate, and types of averages).
