Returns and Exchanges
ASHA curates top-notch products; however, should you receive an unsatisfactory item, you may return it, at your expense—unused and including all formats and original packaging—within 90 days (120 days for foreign addresses) of the original ship date from ASHA. Please note: ASHA does not accept partial returns on Best Buy items or Value Sets.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Due to processing and administrative costs, ASHA does not routinely refund amounts under $5.00 without a written request. Other return policies or restrictions may apply.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you received an incorrect or damaged shipment you may return it within the stated period at the Association’s expense. Call ASHA Product Sales at 888-498-6699 to obtain a Pre-authorization Postage Label.
If, after purchasing an online conference, you are unable to attend, you may receive a full refund up to the week before the conference begins. Cancellations received after that point will be refunded less a $50 processing fee, and no continuing education credits may be earned for the conference.
Cancellations will not be accepted after the conference begins.
To cancel, e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with the title of the conference and “cancellation” in the subject line.
CEU courses offered through ASHA Professional Development carry a CEU expiration date. Courses will not be accepted for return or exchange after their respective CEU expiration dates.
No credits or refunds will be offered if CE credits have already been claimed for a course.
