ASHA’s New Professional Membership Package offers up to two years of ASHA membership for the price of one!

Who’s Eligible?

Current and recent graduates of master’s and doctoral audiology and speech-language pathology programs applying for ASHA membership and certification.
All first-time membership and certification applicants are eligible.
Individuals who apply for ASHA “certification only” are not eligible for the New Professional Membership Package.
You do not need to hold National NSSLHA membership in order to be eligible for the New Professional Membership Package...but if you’re a National NSSLHA member or an ASHA-certified Assistant, you get a bonus!

No need for a special application: We’ll automatically apply the New Professional Membership Package when you submit your ASHA membership and certification application.

Bonus: Save $250 with National NSSLHA Membership or as part of the ASHA Assistants Certification Program

In addition to ASHA’s New Professional Membership Package, you can receive a one-time discount of $250 off the initial dues and fees for ASHA membership and certification through the NSSLHA to ASHA Conversion Discount or the  Assistants to ASHA Membership Conversion Discount.

You must be a National NSSLHA member for the last 2 years of your master’s or doctoral program (including the year you graduate) to be eligible.
Assistants who have been ASHA-certified for 2 years of your master's or doctoral program, including the year of your graduation, will be eligible. Please email assistants@asha.org before submitting your application for instructions on how to receive your discount.
