2023 SIG Coordinating Committee Call for Nominations

Are you or a colleague interested in volunteer opportunities with the SIGs?
The Special Interest Group Coordinating Committees (SIG CCs) are accepting nominations for their 2024-2026 elected vacancies. The CCs lead the activities of the SIGs, including overseeing the development of Perspectives content and coordinating SIG-developed continuing education opportunities, and ensure they operate within established programmatic guidelines [PDF]. Additional information about the committees and their responsibilities is available in the Volunteer Leaders section of the SIG Volunteer Handbook [PDF], pages 21-28.
CC members, with the exception of the appointed Editor and Professional Development Manager, are elected by a plurality vote of the affiliates in the respective SIG. Review eligibility requirements and the nomination process for these elected positions, and nominate yourself or another qualified SIG Affiliate to be considered for an upcoming vacancy by 11:59 p.m., ET, Monday, March 27, 2023.
