Annual Provider Fees Arriving via Email in September

The 2025 Annual Provider Fee invoices will be emailed to the Approved Provider’s CEA in September. As a reminder, the Provider annual fee for 2025 will be $975. This will be the first of three incremental increases over the next 3 years.
The 2026 annual fee will be $1,050, and the 2027 annual fee will be $1,125. We decided to increase the annual fee incrementally to offset the financial impact on Providers. We’re notifying you of this change in advance so that your organization has time to budget for the fee changes over the course of the next 4 years. A listing of Provider and participant related fees is available on the website. The article from the September 2023 issue of Intersections includes more details about the decision to increase the fee.
