The New ASHA CE Provider Information Site

ASHA CE’s new Provider Information site has been up and running for a few weeks now. We hope you’ve had a chance to visit it!

When our team started redesigning the Provider Information site, we established several goals:

• Communicate the new Standards and Policies to stakeholders – these are clearly identified at the top of the page, along with recent news.
• Connect related Standards, Policies, and resources – the what and why (Standards) are linked to the how (Policies), and resources are hyperlinked both in the Policy text and in resource boxes on the right side of the Policy pages.
• Elevate frequently used information and resources so they’re easy to find – we included columns for the CE Provider Portal, Orientation materials, and Forms so you can quickly find what you need.
• Make the site easier to navigate – clearly labeled sections and headings make it easier for you to move around the site.

• Eliminate duplicative information – we took care to avoid repeating the same information on multiple pages to ensure consistency and prevent unnecessary confusion.

We asked for volunteers to offer comments and do some user experience (UX) testing along the way—and we got some crucial feedback.
